We're a local Barrow-in-Furness property owner, not a high-street agency advertising other people's stock. These are our own homes — and we take real pride in keeping them to a high standard, fully furnished and ready to move into.
Every room is en-suite with all bills included and superfast broadband, so there's nothing to set up and one simple weekly payment. For your convenience, every room also has its own fridge freezer and kettle brew station, plus an individually controlled radiator thermostat so you can set your own heating exactly how you like it. It's an easy, comfortable base for working life in Barrow — whether you're here with BAE, the Gas Terminal, the hospital or another local employer.
Our properties are professionally managed by our letting agent, Coastal Lettings, so tenancies are looked after properly from day one.

Absolutely. Our rooms are designed for working contractors and professionals at BAE Systems, the Gas Terminal, Furness General Hospital and other local employers — move-in ready, furnished and close to work.
Unfortunately not. As these are shared houses, we're unable to accept pets out of fairness and consideration for all the housemates.
All of our properties are strictly non-smoking throughout. If you do smoke, we ask that you do so outside only, keeping the rooms and shared areas fresh and comfortable for everyone.
